Can I order from different brands at the same time?
Yes. You can shop across multiple brands in a single order.
Please note that each brand prepares and ships its own products, so your order may arrive in separate parcels.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, I’ll do my best to help.
Please contact me through the contact form as soon as possible.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can check out as a guest.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
I currently ship to all countries within the European Union.
How long does delivery take?
Each brand ships directly from its own studio or warehouse.
Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Why did my order arrive in multiple parcels?
Because each brand ships its own products independently.
If you order from several brands, your items may arrive on different days.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes.
Refund: 14 days after receiving your order.
Exchange: 30 days after receiving your order.
Simply contact me through the contact form and I’ll guide you through the process.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I exchange an item?
Whenever possible, yes.
If you’d like a different size, colour or another product from the same brand, simply get in touch through the contact form before returning your order.
Exchanges depend on stock availability and may not always be possible, but I’ll always do my best to find the best solution.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the returned item has been received and approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method.

Simone is a curated marketplace helping you discover emerging fashion brands that genuinely care about what they create and how they create it.
Why buy through Simone instead of directly from a brand?
Because I do the homework for you.
Before a brand joins Simone, I take the time to meet the founder, understand how and where the products are made, review the materials they use and evaluate them against my own standards. I’m constantly looking for emerging brands that deserve more visibility.
Buying through Simone also helps make something bigger possible. It allows me to organise seasonal pop-ups where you can discover these brands in person, try products on, meet other people who care about thoughtful design, and support a new generation of independent founders.
Simone is for people who love well-made products, not overpriced logos.
How do you choose the brands?
Every brand is personally selected by me.
I meet the founders, look at design, production, materials and transparency before deciding whether a brand belongs on Simone.
Pop-ups
Do you have physical stores?
Not permanently. Instead, I organise seasonal pop-ups across Europe where you can discover and try products in person.
Where is your next pop-up?
My next pop-up will take place in Paris from 28 November to 20 December 2025, every weekend.
